Notes: Additional items such as Oil Pump, cam chains, cam sprockets & bearings, hydraulic lifters, Throttle Bodies, High performance head work (porting & decking) etc, will make changes to overall cost of up-grade packages.

Beware that there are two versions of SE Pro super tuner on the market now. One is street, the other is performance. The street version is cheaper, but no good for performance tuning.

Changes for 2010 & 2011 Touring Models:

From 2007 to 2009 HD used 18mm Narrow-Band 02
sensors located on the header pipes close to the cylinder heads.

In 2010, HD changed to smaller Narrow-Band 02 sensors located down stream on the header pipes.


In order to accurately monitor Air Fuel Ratio for tuning the fuel tables on EFI programs, a Wide Band 02 sensor is used

Header pipes on 2010 or 2011 must have 18mm ports welded in correct position to allow the insert of Wide Band 02 sensor for the tuning procedure on the Dyno chassis. After tuning process is complete, a bung or cap nut is fitted into port.

Wide band sensors are Active (not passive) and gather a broader range of AFR data fro 9:1 to 19:1. [Excellent for tuning process]

Narrow band sensors (passive) only gather + or - a few percent either side of EPA 14.6:1 AFR. [Useless for tuning process]
